The owners have an eye for beautiful items, and there are years of accumulation of great modern pieces, furniture from New York galleries and boutiques, and an antique piece here and there to make this a varied and interesting sale. Oriental rugs and runners in every room. Original oils, signed prints, fine china, crystal, lawn and garden equipment, kitchen contents, and tons of smalls! The attic has years of accumulation of great items, including lamps, dolls, toys, and a little of this and that.
