This house is unbelievably loaded with classic and elegant items, that we were amazed as to how many items are nestled in here! Condition is excellent. The pictures tell only part of the story! Everything is for sale—the appliances (fridge, washer, dryer, etc.). Gorgeous mahogany dining room set with matching breakfront, servers and more. There are porcelain, china sets, silverplate sets, crystal and more, as well as the entire kitchen contents. Beautiful gold, ornate mirrors in every room, lamps, rugs, decorative pieces. Signed lithographs, toile window treatments, matching toile wingback chairs. Many different types of end, side and coffee tables in mahogany and other beautiful hardwoods. There are so many lovely items, you will be delighted!

A gorgeous canopy bedroom set with matching nightstands, vanity, stunning highboy, lingerie chest, writing and office desks, leather recliner and more. Other bedroom sets with dressers, chests, stands, brass beds and much more. Unbelievable!

Bose system, LCD Tvs, stereo equipment, electric guitar/amp. Furs, boxes and boxes of costume jewelry (possibly fine, still tbd), pillows, linens,books, and racks of better mens and womens clothing in many different closets! Tools, saws, lawn & garden, ladders that are jam packed covering the basement and garage. As you can see, we don’t even know the extent of items yet, as we have much to uncover/discover. We pass out numbers starting at 7:30 the day of the sale, and call numbers in order at 9AM. You do not have to wait in line once you receive a number. We let in folks based upon the size of house but also ensure safety and protection, so please be patient as we try to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible. Don't forget to bring boxes, bags and wrapping materials. And most of all, have fun!
