Initial Consultation -  We review your items and define the best strategy and market for resale. Our consultations are by appointment, so you receive personal, focused attention. We can also transport your items to our warehouse, or you can drop them off.

Research and Listing -  We photograph and list items to present them accurately and completely. Our staff has the expertise and resources to identify items and determine the best methods for presentation and promotion.

Buyer Services - Questions and inquiries are handled by us. We also screen buyers.

Payment Processing - At the close of sale, we will handle all payment transactions, and pay all fees as required. We accept Paypal, money orders and checks. We verify all payments are received before items are shipped.

Shipping - After payment verification, items are shipped anywhere in the world. We carefully package and ship items, handle multiple shipping carriers, and prepare all customs forms.

Feedback & Follow-Up - We handle all buyer feedback and insure that buyers are satisfied with their purchases. We will notify you when the sale is complete and disburse funds by check or Paypal.

Sales Tax Collection - We collect sales tax as appropriate and handle payments to the appropriate state agencies.
