Estate and private sales have a fixed commission rate of 30% that includes marketing, selling and other services. This includes staffing of all events and the cost of advertising.
Furniture Consignments
Consignworks charges a fixed commission rate of 40%
of selling price that includes floor space, marketing,
selling and other services. Items are marketed
on-line and to
the retail public simultaneously. Our 8,000 sq ft store
has ADT and video surveillance.
Business and Non-Profit Organizations
Customized pricing is provided and is based on factors including, volume and merchandise. Let us prepare a proposal that is tailored exactly to your requirements.
Our pricing structure for Non-profit Organizations will depend upon the type of engagement and items for sale. We will work with you to determine the best strategy for success.
